Coele-Syria. Chalkis ad Libanon. Cleopatra VII of Egypt. 36-30 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 19mm, 4.37 g 12), Regnal years 21 (Egypt) and 6 (Chalkis) = 32/1 BC. ΒΑCΙΛΙCCΗC ΚΛΕΟΠΑΤΡΑC Diademed and draped bust of Cleopatra VII to right. Rev. ΕΤΟΥC ΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΚΑΙ C ΘΕΑC ΝΕWΤΕΡΑC Athena advancing left, holding spear and shield. RPC 4773. Bold and attractive with a dark brownish-green patina. Minor marks, otherwise, good very fine.
